We are delighted to present a residential course in vocal technique and interpretation for singers at the beautiful Mas d’Arjac in the Aveyron just before Easter 2020 led by Susan Bullock CBE and Richard Berkeley-Steele.
There is no audition for this course, but it is aimed at serious students (conservatoire level) and professional singers and will therefore be intensive.
Each day we will work on technique and repertoire in three sessions, using a variety of approaches tailored to the individual. We will present a final concert on the last evening.
Accommodation is in the lovely stone cottages around the main house at Arjac, and will be in comfortable shared rooms. Full board is provided, and wine with dinner.
Transfers from and to the airport at Toulouse are included, but not the air fare. EasyJet, BA and Ryanair fly to Toulouse and a return flight can be had from around £60 if booked in advance.
Most study will take place in the 19th century barn which has been lovingly converted into a recital room.
Student numbers are limited and a maximum of 10 places are available.
The cost will be £740 and a non-refundable deposit of £100 will be required when booking.
